Signing Up
When you confirm your interest in one of our properties there are several things you will have to do, or have ready when you come to sign your contract.
And we cannot reserve a property without a signed contract.
Deposit
To complete a contract you need to be able to pay at least 50% of the full deposit (£375.00 for 1 bedroom and £225.00 per bedroom for all other properties) on the day of signing, the remainder must be paid within seven days, or before your contract starts (if you have signed your contract less than 7 days before you are due to move in).
Contract Fee
You also need to be able to pay at least 50 % of the total contact fee (£90.00 for 1 bedroom and £75.00 per bedroom for all other properties). All outstanding deposits and contract fees must be paid within 7 days, or before your contract starts (if you have signed your contract less than 7 days before you are due to move in).
Please bring the name, address and telephone number of your individual guarantors. Your guarantor can be a friend or relative, but they must live in the UK.
Guarantor
The annual rent is calculated by multiplying the weekly rent (£pcw) by 52 (number of weeks in a year). To calculate the monthly rent, please divide this by 12. Please bring your cheque books to make out the postdated cheques. All our rental payments are made by postdated cheque on the 1st of the month or quarter. If you do not have your cheque book available on the day of signing we request that all postdated cheques be sent to us within seven days.
We also need to take a copy of your photo ID.
It is essential that all the above criteria have been met before you can collect the keys to your new home.
