Rental Guarantor
For all of our contracts we require you to provide a rent guarantor. This can be anyone with a UK home address. We do not use a credit check or any other form of security.
The guarantor only guarantees the rent for your contract and would not be held liable for any damages or outstanding bills payable on the address.
In properties with more than on bedroom we ask for an individual guarantor from each member of the household. Each members Guarantor will guarantee the individual rent for the tenant concerned and not the total amount for the whole house. Our contracts are joint tenancy agreements and as such all of the members of the group are responsible for the total rent, in this case the individual guarantor for each tenant will help protect the other members of the group from being charged for rent lost by other members of their group.
