Bond and Contract Fee

We, like most other letting agencies, charge a bond (deposit) and a contract fee upon signing for a property with us.

The Bond

The amount of bond (deposit) that we charge is based on the type of property that you rent, and is as follows:

1 BEDROOM PROPERTY = £375.00

2 OR MORE BEDROOMS = £225.00 PER BEDROOM

The Bond, which is refundable upon completion of all your contractual obligations (including but not limited to, paying the utilities bills, paying the rent, keeping the property in good condition, etc) is held by us and insured under a goverment approved insurance scheme the details of which can be found here…

The Contract Fee

The contract fee we charge is also dependant on the type of property that you are moving into

1 BEDROOM PROPERTY = £90.00

2 OR MORE BEDROOMS = £75.00 PER ROOM

This is a non refundable one-off payment to be paid upon signing for your new home.
